    Q. How do I update my email address?
    A. Email addresses can only be updated by Masters Swimming Australia. Please email your request to admin@msa.asn.au

    Q. How do I make a Second Claim Membership?
    A. Please refer to the help sheet under “for Members”. Second claim is available from 1st Jan 2023.

    Q. How do I set up six month membership?
    A. MSWA will assist with this in June 2023.

    Q. When does the Club get paid their funds?
    A. Daily. Head to the “Finance Tab” to view processed payments.

    Q. How do I transfer to another Club?
