More than just swimming

Whilst swimming is lots of fun in general, there are so many reasons to be active in the water. Swimming is low impact activity to protect those joints and a great exercise for whole whole body. Anyone can do it and it is not just great for your physical health, but overall wellbeing and mental health.

Our Masters Swimming clubs are for all levels and ages over 18 years. We have members ranging from those wanting to just swim for the social side, those wanting to challenge their fitness, all the way up to those who love to compete. During our pools sessions, you will join a lane with those of similar levels so the coach can tailor their coaching to you.

Plus, it is more than just swimming, it is the community and social fun. Each club host a number of social get togethers, plus regularly have a catch up coffee or dinner post swim.

Need flexibility in a club?

We understand life can get busy and it can be sometimes hard to get to a pool session that meets your schedule; or maybe you don’t live near a pool. We have created our virtual swim club with access to online programs anytime, a facebook community and you can still participate in pool meets too.
