Masters Swimming WA (formerly AUSSI) was established in 1977, is affiliated with Masters Swimming Australia, and as part of the worldwide Masters Swimming movement.

We have over 1,500 members, ranging in age from 18 to 95, who enjoy “Fitness, Friendship and Fun” through swimming and social activities as members of over 30 clubs throughout the State. This includes our Sandgropers Club which is a virtual Club administered through the State office for country adult swimmers who wish to participate in MSWA events and activities.

Members have a variety of capabilities – from those who can only swim a lap or two, to world record holders. We provide a wide range of skill development, training and competition opportunities in both the pool and open water swimming. Our members also participate – and develop skills – in coaching, officiating and administration.
