Prizes are available for individuals and clubs.

Why Mens Talk and Mental Health?

2 in 5 people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. Men are statistically less likely to seek help and more likely to die by suicide, making mental health support crucial. Men’s mental health also affect the partners, families, friends, colleagues and teammates of those that live work and play with men. Supporting mental health is a strategic priority for masters swimming and a key societal issue.
