Somerset 1500m
Somerset Masters Act Belong Commit 1500m
This long course meet is held at Aqualife in Victoria Park and is perfect for those distance swimmers. 1500m course and of any stroke. 400m and 800m intervals will be recorded.
Our famous soups will be served throughout the morning.
Registration: 8:40am – 9:00am
Warm Up: 8:30am
Start: 9:00pm
Finish: 12:30pm
Cost of meet:
$10 per person
$8.20 pool entry – pay on the day
$7.00 pool entry concession – pay on the day
Entries close midnight, Sunday 18 August 2024. Late entries not accepted.
PARKING – PLEASE NOTE – the Town of Victoria Park has introduced a 2-hour parking limit in the main pool car park, after which a fee will be charged. Free parking is available on the grassed area at the end where the outdoor pool is, or on the road.

Rules and other details
Refreshments will be provided throughout the carnival. Soups, tea and coffee.
- Masters Swimming Australia Swim Rules apply.
- Swimmers may be asked to swim 2 to a lane if swimming Freestyle
- Please indicate Medical Disabilities and Record Attempts if applicable.
Clubs – please bring stopwatches, and if a swimmer is attempting a record, please bring at least one timekeeper and watch. Swimmers – be prepared to time before and after your swim.
