Have a Go Day is the Seniors Recreation Council of WA’s flagship event which welcomes the over 50’s to try a range of sporting and recreation activities, this event also features many static displays offering information on a wide range of topics and interests. In 2020 more than 14,000 people attended this event exploring more than 200 different sites and activities.
The theme for Have a Go Day, a LiveLighter Event, is ‘Age Is No Barrier’. Promoting the healthy mindset that no matter the age or situation, anything is possible and encouraging participants to be prepared to Have a Go!
