Join us for Coaches Conference for 2024, where we will dive into captivative sessions that will inspire you on your coaching journey and continue to enrich and inspire adults to swim for life.

This conference has a mixture of in house guests and presenters.

We aim to cover the following topics:

Diversity:
Working with a range of skill levels, ages, abilities and background and to build confidence in coaches.

Inclusion:
Recognising and encouraging swimmers to participate and provide methods for coaches to modify their training with an inclusive approach.

Excellence:
Facilitating excellence, improve communication and a positive experience for swimmers and coaches.

Event strictly starts at 9am. We encourage guests to arrive early
to allow for participants to network with other coaches.

This is the perfect opportunity to share experiences with other coaches plus continue your learning
and development in your coaching.

Please note: There is a pool component to the conference.
