Following a strategic planning review undertaken in early 2023, the MSWA Board is pleased to launch the Strategic Plan for 2023–2026.
MSWA’s future direction remains firmly focused on four key pillars: Profile, People, Partnerships, and Performance. We look forward to building on existing initiatives and developing new projects and programs to deliver the objectives outlined in this plan.

By creating inclusive, welcoming, and accessible adult swimming programs, we support individuals from all backgrounds to participate confidently in aquatic environments, strengthen social connection, and embed swimming as a shared community life skill for life.
