It’s an exciting time for Masters Swimming WA as we seek to grow and expand our support to clubs, coaches and volunteers as well as improve our benefits package to members. We are hiring for two new positions to work with Executive Officer and Communications & Events Coordinator to drive new programs and initiatives.
Participation & Club Development Officer – Part-time role
The primary purpose of the Participation & Club Development Officer’s role is to support the delivery of participation and club development initiatives through the delivery of club management best practice programs as well as membership retention and acquisition programs.

Coach & Swimmer Education Coordinator – Independent Contract Role
The Coach & Swimming Development Coordinator will provide coaches and potential coaches with an opportunity to participate in development activities to increase confidence and skill in assuming and/or maintaining their role as coach.
The role will also deliver and facilitate delivery of training and development programs for coaches, members and other swimmers to increase their skill levels and encourage new members to join Masters Swimming WA. Additionally, the role leads the coaching program delivery for our ‘virtual’ club, Sandgropers.
