LiveLighter Friday Fundamentals Coached Clinic

Coached by Kareena Preston, the LiveLighter Friday Fundamentals session will take you over the core skills of swimming including drill work, kicking and stroke basics.

Kareena Preston has worked in the swimming industry for over 25 years, coaching high performance since 2005.

Where: HBF Stadium, 100 Stephenson Ave, Mt Claremont (outdoor 10 lane)
