Join us for our final Coach Conference for 2022 where we delve into the area of coaching athletes with a disability. Learn how to deliver an inclusive coaching session while still providing a challenging workout for all swimmers. Session topics are yet to be finalised, but will include areas such as:

•    Understanding different types of disabilities
•    Multi-Class Rules
•    Medical disability exemptions – what are these and how do you obtain one?
•    Accommodating swimmers with different abilities within your lanes
