Coach Conference #1 2022

All Masters Swimming WA Coaches are invited to join us for the first Coach Conference of 2022!

Date: Sunday 29 May 2022
Time: 9am – 5pm
Venue: WA Rugby Centre, 203 Underwood Avenue Floreat 6014
Cost: $35 per person for MSWA coaches, $45 per person for non-MSWA coaches

This full day conference will cover the following:

  • Identification of Common Stroke Faults and Drill Corrections
  • Breaking down energy systems and how to apply to our members swim sessions.
  • Mobility and Ageing; what is the relationship and how can we help our swimmers remain stable and strong.
  • Mindset;  how do we help our ageing swimmers with confidence and self-worth

Chef prepared lunch, snacks, tea and coffee provided throughout the day.

Participating coaches may use the Coach Conference as professional development for their accreditation/re-accreditation log. Please bring your work book for Kareena to sign off.
